[Eggys Death Chamber]

Dear Eggy

You've got a nice game going on here. But what's disappointing is that the shop prices are too damn high. Well except the character upgrades though. But still, 150 coins for the first upgrade is too much. You could at least tried to balance it with the character upgrades. I would suggest changing the prices into ranging from 15-30 coins for the first upgrade/weapon then the rest is up to you or alternatively you can increase the coin drop rate.

What's also annoying is that once you shoot off an egg. The coin coming out bounces away from you. Forcing you to either fall off or ignore getting it. Please make it so that the coins would be easier to get. There are also missing SFX like gun sounds. The character was a bit bland. Even though its a stick, you could've made a more appealing character, something relatable to an egg. Frankly despite all of that, it was quite enjoyable. It made me try out a few more rounds before giving up entirely. So yeah I like what you're going here. Keep it up!

I like the idea, it has lots of potential but it fell short. Literally and figuratively. It also lacks SFX, and Music to keep the tension and ambiance. Also your author's comments should explain what this game is all about. The intro in the game was a bit vague but you could explain it more in the description. Like what's my role here, and what I can do and especially what this game entails.

Also I should indicate some grammar issues and spelling mistakes from the dialogues. I was left confused after choosing a side and protesting. The game didn't really leave a much more detailed explanation to what I did, and what Impact I made, and how it happened. Also as I mentioned before its a bit short. Despite all of these though you should continue this, I believe it will send a good message to the groups of people you are trying to explain to.

I believe this idea has been done to death here, I've seen alot of avoid games but this is just simple.
Anyways I gotta commend you though for making a working game since its your first flash game, problem is that its not that good enough to reach the newgrounds portal, I'm sorry. Next time add a bit of variety, and if you want us to suggest other types of games...Why not delve on this current game you have and try to improve it as much as you can. There's a lack of animations and backgrounds. The music also is a bit off tune and not really fitting with the current state of your game. And I believe this is hardly finished yet so anyways, keep going with this though, it could turn out into something worthwhile

The ball physics is messed up, constantly moving on its own without any push.
As well as no appealing animations, no music, unfair gameplay. And its a forced two players? cant even get a CPU? I thought that's the standard in gaming nowadays? an AI Opponent!

This is not a game.
This is not even coherent with 9 gag.
This isn't anything but just a gif and text and troll music.

Umm I thought this game has been done to death?

I can at least commend you for making it work as a simple game but its not interesting enough to be on par with the front page games. This game lacks alot of things, that should have been in there in the first place.

-Color (not trying to be racist but it needs some more color)
-Sounds...
-A proper user friendly menu (At first it was unnoticeable after I loaded the game then I realized they're a part of the game)
-some more modes perhaps?

Good solid game so far.The only thing missing is...Everything else.

Cons:
Lack of appealing animations
Looping music
UI is messy
Pros:
Concept is good, base defense with a mix of multidirectional top down shooter.
It has an upgrades shop to keep the players invested

It would be alot more fun if it wasn't NAUSEATING at the time!
Either way I commend your efforts sir. This seems like a good solid game. The only problem is, its kinda hard even for normal difficulty. You cant snap to cover, you just run ahead relentlessly shooting blindly.

Everything though is fine except the awful mouse controls. People will get dizzy in a bad way before focusing on the game itself. Please fix this! The movement is also like sliding across ice. No weight.

Cons:
Retry No Button doesn't work
no SFX
Character phases through platforms above while jumping through them.
No music (Although its just a early build game it should have music)
Jump height is too high.
Jumping is too sticky
Pros:
It works as an average simple platformer.
Graphics and designs are good.

Suggestions:
More different obstacles than that from mario
A backstory perhaps? You know, seeing as the character is a knight in a surreal world.
more powerups and other misc things...

Actually good! Keep it up! Dunno what do the days represent.
Game has lots of promise to it. Just needs a few more improvements and you're golden. (I mean about the part where you are able to enter the portal itself)
