Wow you just mixed two of my favorite things of what I envision of what the future would be like.
An underwater eutopian city And A Floating city. (floating as in where vehicles are made to fly now)

Very surprising and creepy in a way, but it would've won a perfect score if the vines or seaweeds there would provide a mental illusion of something creepy lurking in the deeps!
